Wine World events are back, and we're doing it bigger and better than ever with premium wine and food journeys, featuring top chefs, exquisite cuisine and a pairing experience like we've never done it before!

Join us for a night of exquisite tapas prepared by culinary superstar Trevon Stoute. This six-course menu will feature an international fusion of ingredients from different cultures, joining culinary forces to offer truly novel flavour combinations that you won't find elsewhere. As you enjoy each artistically prepared dish, our professionally trained team will guide you on an intricate pairing experience, teaching you everything you need to know to find the perfect pairing.

Menu

Fresh Mahi Ceviche, marinated with Tri-citrus extracts served with sliced cucumber, heirloom cherry tomatoes, charred pineapple, brulee grapefruit and cumin scented crisp.
 
Sesame & Ginger Tuna Tar Tar, perched on wakame salad and accented with toasted sesame seeds & crispy wonton strings. Drizzled with lime & wasabi yoghurt.
 
Rubbed Pork tenderloin, served atop goat’s cheese & sage risotto, finished with Port and black pepper reduction, and topped with fresh arugula.
 
Marjoram & orange glazed smoked duck breast, laid on spicy cabbage & squash sabzi. Finished with stewed savory berries.
 
Sorrel poached Pear & coconut trifle, with coconut clusters and vanilla cream.

  • Event caters to person of legal drinking age only.
  • If the event is postponed your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you will be able to obtain a full refund.
  • Dress is smart casual. No shorts permitted.
