From a small thatched cottage in Somerset to a small production until in Tiptree, Thursday Cottage still stir the fresh finest ingredients by hand, in open pans and hand fill all their jams and marmalades (you get more whole fruit hand pouring).

Ingredients: Sugar, Morello Cherries, Cherry Brandy (2%), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Cloves.
