Brazilian cheese bread with grilled corn salsa
First Course
Trini geera pork with paratha roti and mango chutney
Second Course
Brazilian Seafood Moqueca - Fresh fish and shrimp (optional) with peppers, tomato, and coconut milk,
served over white rice with lime and cilantro
Dessert
New Orleans Berry Chantilly Cake - light vanilla cake layered with fresh berries, mascarpone frosting,
and Chantilly cream, served with vanilla ice cream

- If the event is postponed your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you will be able to obtain a full refund.
