Citrine Menu
Starters
Crispy cassava chicken bites served with homemade kimchi jam
Refreshing coconut and lime local catch ceviche served with plantain crisp
First Course
Wild mushroom and truffle risotto with smoked shrimp
Crispy polenta with lamb meatballs, warm tahini and Swiss chard
Second Course
Grilled sirloin steak with caramelized onion and bean purée with salsa Verde
Crispy lemon chicken thigh served with tomato and bacon creamy red rice
Dessert
Roasted pineapple with tamarind, chili and coconut cream
Peanut butter, cherry and chocolate tart

- Event caters to persons of legal drinking age only.
- If the event is postponed your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you will be able to obtain a full refund.
- Dress is smart casual. No shorts permitted.
