Menu
Amuse Bouche
Tuna Carpaccio - thinly sliced fresh Tuna with aged Parmigiano, Lemon, Capers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and arugula
1st Course
Fresh Mussels, steamed with butter, white wine, garlic, shallots, fresh herbs, and served with freshly baked focaccia
2nd Course
Steak Dianne -Pan roasted Fillet Mignon with a creamy, mushroom - demiglace, flambeed with Cognac and served with roasted garlic whipped potatoes and sautéed spinach.
4th Course
Chocolate Souffle with Chantilly cream and dark chocolate sauce

- Menus are subject to change due to seasonality and product availability.
- Kindly take note of the menu as substitution may not be available due to the structure of the event, our chefs cannot make accommodations for food allergies.
- Event caters to persons of legal drinking age only.
- If the event is postponed your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you will be able to obtain a full refund.
- Dress is smart casual. No shorts permitted.
