Menu
Starter
Lobster and Pumpkin Bisque with ginger, fresh coriander, and crispy shrimp croutons.
1st Course
Sweet Potato Gnocchi filled with Slow Braised Oxtail, light Parmesan sauce, Casareep jus and wilted arugula.
2nd Course
Pan Fried Catch of the day, scalloped Breadfruit, Callaloo with coconut, and a Bajan sweet and sour sauce.
Dessert
Coconut Pecan Bread Pudding with Nutmeg Ice Cream and XO Rum Sauce.

- If the event is postponed your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you will be able to obtain a full refund.
